Leanne Sapad-Trevino is a registered dietitian, currently serving the inpatient population at Kaweah Delta in the Cardiovascular ICU as well as the oncology units. She earned her B.S. in Nutritional Science from University of California, Berkeley and her M.S. in Nutritional Science from San Jose State University. She completed her dietetic internship through Fresno State. She has nearly 3 years experience working as a clinical dietitian. Additionally, she has prior experience working with the eating disorder population of the Central Valley. Whether working with the hospital or outpatient eating disorder population, she has become quite familiar with the connection between stress and emotion and food/nutrition.
Ed Richert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Director of the Employee Assistance Program for Kaweah Delta Healthcare District where he has served over 22 years in this position and 3 years as a children's mental health director. Kaweah Delta Employee Assistance Program is a confidential, professional service for those times when personal problems start to take control of one's life and job performance. They provide problem evaluation, referral, and intervention services for help dealing with issues like stress, anxiety, depression, and conflict resolution.
